Any violation will result in immediate termination of your access without refund, and we reserve the right to pursue legal damages.

• The user must have consumed less than 20% of the total course content (as tracked by our platform analytics).

• Once the 7-day period has passed or the 20% consumption threshold is exceeded, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• Consultation fees and customized advisory services are non-refundable once the session has commenced or preparation work has begun.
